Yes. ISOS Cleaning is a registered Environment Agency waste carrier — required for the legal removal and disposal of biohazardous and clinical waste. Every job is fully documented. We carry £5m public liability insurance and every team member is DBS-checked.

What should I do before you arrive?

Nothing. Don't try to clean it yourself — apart from the safety risk, untrained cleaning can damage surfaces and make professional restoration harder. Don't move things. Don't open windows. Just close the door, step away, and call us.

If a death has occurred and a coroner's officer or police are involved, please follow their instructions first. We coordinate with both routinely.
